Todays case is bread and butter GP / Paeds.
13/12 old boy presents with a 2 day history of mild fever, irritable and loose stools.
What is your differential diagnosis?

Most probable diagnosis = coxsackie virus – hand, foot, mouth…. and bum disease – as it should be named.

perianal dermatitis secondary to diarrhea secondary to GE
primary HSV1/contact dermatitis with vesicles
i think its diaper rash
